Each Ark is built to order, and we aim to have it delivered within 14 days. You will get a tracking number once it ships. Premium orders are expedited at no extra charge.
What is the return policy?
45 days from delivery. Full refund, no questions. We pay return shipping subject to our return policy.
What is the warranty?
2 years on The Ark 1.0. 3 years on the 2.0 Package and Premium Package. Covers all hardware defects. We replace, not repair. Your data stays on the encrypted backup disk while a new device ships.
Is there a subscription?
No. The Ark is a one-time purchase that includes access to the core ecosystem and features at no additional cost.
Can I expand storage later?
Yes. The Ark will be expandable up to 10+ TB via add-on storage modules. We are working on these now and they ship later in 2026.
