The two are connected: anything shared in chat automatically appears in ArkDrive under a dedicated "From Chats" folder. Nothing gets lost, nothing needs to be saved manually.

How many people can use one Ark?

Up to 10 family members. Each person gets their own private account with their own storage, chat, and photo library. The device owner manages who's invited but can't access anyone else's personal files.
